I still miss someone

Outside my door the rain is fallingA cold, wild wind will comeWell, there's someone for me somewhereBut I still miss that one
No, I never got over those blue eyesI see them everywhereAnd I miss those arms that held meBaby, when all the love was there
Well, I wonder if he's sorryFor ending what we had begunWell, there's someone, someone for me somewhereBaby, well, I still miss someone
And I never got over those blue eyesI see them everywhereAnd I miss those arms that held meOoh baby, when all the love was there
And I never got over those blue eyesI see them everywhereAnd I miss those arms that held meBaby, when all the love was there
Baby, when all the love was thereBaby, when all the love was there

You found me

I found God
On the corner of first and Amistad
Where the west was all but won
All alone, smoking his last cigarette
I Said where you been, he said ask anything
Where were you?
When everything was falling apart
All my days were spent by the telephone
It never rang
And all I needed was a call
That never came
To the corner of first and Amistad

Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me

In the end everyone ends up alone
Losing her, the only one who's ever known
Who I am, who I'm not, who I want to be
No way to know how long she will be next to me

Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you, where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me

Early morning, City breaks
I've been calling for years and years and years and years
And you never left me no messages
You never send me no letters
You got some kind of nerve, taking all I want

Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Where were you where were you

Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you, where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me

Why'd you have to wait?
To find me, to find me

Nomade senza speranza

You heard my voice
I came out of the woods by choice
The shelter also gave the shade
But in the dark I have no name

So leave that click in my head
And I will remember the words that you said
Left a clouded mind and heavy heart
But I was sure we could see a new start

So when your hope's on fire
But you know your desire
Don't hold a glass over the flame
Don't let your heart grow cold
I will call you by name
I will share your road

But hold me fast, hold me fast
Because I'm a hopeless wanderer
Hold me fast, hold me fast
Because I'm a hopeless wanderer

I wrestled long with my youth
We tried so hard to live in the truth
But do not tell me all is fine
When I lose my head, I lose my spine

So leave that click in my head
And I will remember the words that you said
You brought me out from the cold
Now how I long, how I long to grow old

So when your hope's on fire
But you know your desire
Don't hold a glass over the flame
Don't let your heart grow cold
I will call you by name
I will share your road

Hold me fast, hold me fast
Because I'm a hopeless wanderer
Hold me fast, hold me fast
Because I'm a hopeless wanderer

I will learn, I will learn to love the skies I'm under
I will learn, I will learn to love the skies I'm under
The skies I'm under

'Til Kingdom come

Hold my head inside your hands,
I need someone who understands.
I need someone, someone who hears,
For you, I've waited all these years.

For you, I'd wait 'til kingdom come.
Until my day, my day is done.
And say you'll come, and set me free,
Just say you'll wait, you'll wait for me.

Hildegard von Bingen

LORENZO

Siedi, Gessica; guarda come il fondo del cielo è intarsiato fitto fitto di patène d'oro lucente;

Entrano i musici.

secondo la calda natura del loro sangue;

è buono per tradire, tramare e depredare;
